The Almada Youth Hostel has one of the most spectactular views in the country. Located on the Southern banks of the Tagus River (Lisbon South Bay), adjacent to the 25 April Bridge, you have the opportunity to take in a panoramic view of the whole of Lisbon, while you calmly sip on a coffee or relax and unwind curled up with a good book.

Flit over to Lisbon in the blink of an eye, by train, bus, ferry, or by car. Get familiar with Lisbon’s lively, pumping nightlife, roaming around the Docas de Alcântara (Alcântara Docks), exploring the eclectic mix of bars, clubs, and restaurants favoured by Lisbon’s nighe owls on Avenida 24 de Julho, or simply bar-hopping up and down the narrow, cobbled lanes of Lisbon’s Bohemian Bairro Alto.

You also have Costa da Caparica, just a stone’s throw away, where you can surf good waves or quench your thirst savouring on a refreshing cocktail on the seafront.

Almada offers much more than a relaxing visit, throughout the year, there are all sorts of events from concerts to ehibitions, nature trips to adrenaline inducing extreme sports. Almada is your Oyster!

Almada Youth Hostel has one of the most spectacular views in the country.

Located on the south bank of the Tagus, next to the 25 de Abril Bridge, you have the opportunity to enjoy a panoramic view of the whole city of Lisbon while you drink a coffee or take a little break in reading a good book.

Going to Lisbon is a snap, by train, bus, boat or car. You can get to know Lisbon night by wandering through the Alcântara docks, Avenida 24 de Julho or Bairro Alto.

There is always the possibility of going to Costa da Caparica to catch some waves or even just enjoy a beautiful cocktail by the sea. Almada offers much more than a view to relax, all year round there are all kinds of events from concerts to exhibitions, from nature walks to extreme sports, here you can do everything.
