Close to you

The Youth Hostel is located in the urban environment of Termas de São Pedro do Sul (São Pedro do Sul Thermal Spa baths). Comfort, space, light and good food are its outstanding features.

You couldn’t ask for a better location in terms of the Hostel’s surroundings, the nature and everything that comes with it!

In the spa, recharge your batteries with a magnificent Vichy shower. Believe us, there is nothing better after a full day of activities!

Once you are back in shape, it’s time to slip into a pair of hiking boots and set off on an adventure. You have the typical village of Pena and its geological phenomena, the Reserva Botânica de Cambarinho (Cambarinho Botanical Reserve) and the antas (prehistoric tombs) to discover!

The large annual pilgrimages to St. Macarius are held in the last weekend of July every year. Hundreds of people spend the night on the mountain to see an unforgettable sunrise, followed by a visit to the cave where the saint lived. This point also offers one of the best panoramic views of the area. It’s well worth it!

To finish on an even higher note, how about a refreshing dip at the Praia Fluvial de Pouves and at Vau? (Pouves, and Vau inland river beaches)?

Can we count on you?
